摘要
针对脱硫系统废水难以通过传统处理工艺处理回用,提出一套脱硫废水处理的工艺方案,工艺流程为:脱硫废水预沉→缓冲曝气→一级软化→二级软化→微滤→反渗透→反渗透浓水箱→电解制氯。通过相应工艺试验对所提的工艺方案进行研究,结果表明:该工艺路线能够实现脱硫废水资源化利用的目的,管式膜除硬度效果很好,满足膜系统进水要求,纳滤膜分盐效果良好,反渗透膜性能良好,抗污染能力强,可以实现废水资源化综合利用的目的。
Aiming at the difficulty of desulfurization system wastewater treatment and reuse through traditional treatment processes,a set of desulfurization wastewater treatment process plans are proposed.The process flow is:desulfurization wastewater pre-sedimentation→buffer aeration→primary softening→secondary softening→microfiltration→reverse osmosis→Reverse osmosis concentrated water tank→electrolytic chlorine production.The proposed process plan was studied through the corresponding process test,and the results showed that:the process route can realize the purpose of resource utilization of desulfurization wastewater,the tubular membrane has a good hardness removal effect,and meets the water inlet requirements of the membrane system.The nanofiltration membrane separates salt.The effect is good,the performance of the reverse osmosis membrane is good,the anti-pollution ability is strong,and the purpose of comprehensive utilization of waste water can be realized.
