摘要
目的提升贵州省住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)质量,为实现培训同质化提供建议。方法收集贵州省2018-2020年内科类、外科类2575名住院医师基本信息和结业考核情况,运用SPSS20.0软件进行描述性统计分析,采用百分比、均数、χ2检验、t检验和方差分析,比较不同学历、不同身份类型、不同类别医院规范培训学员结业考核成绩的差异。结果全日制硕士专业研究生的三年的总体考核通过率分别是92.49%、93.02%和85.71%,均高于其他三类人员;博士、硕士研究生2020年结业总体考试通过率分别为100.00%、87.50%、和86.84%,均高于本科生;省属医疗机构规培住院医师结业总体考核通过率分别为76.97%(2020年)、85.25%(2019年),均高于市级医疗机构,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.005)。全日制硕士专业研究生结业技能考试平均成绩82.22±9.69,高于其他三类人员,除全日制硕士专业研究生以外其他三类人员平均成绩呈逐年上升趋势。省级医疗机构的培训基地结业技能考核的平均成绩(81.88±8.04)均高于市级医疗机构,且平均成绩逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硕士及以上学历住培人员结业考核通过率总体高于本科生,省属医疗机构住培人员结业考核通过率总体高于市属医疗机构,住培技能考核平均成绩在逐年提升。
Objective To improve the quality of standardized training for resident physicians in Guizhou Province to provide the suggestions for the realization of training homogenization.Methods The basic information and graduation assessment results of 2575 resident physicians in internal medicine and surgery departments in Guizhou Province during 2018-2020 were collected and the descriptive statistical analysis was conducted by using the SPSS20.0 software.The percentage,mean,χ2 test,t test and analysis of variance were used to compare the differences in the graduation assessment results among the standardized training students with different educational backgrounds,different identity types and different type of professional bases.Results The overall assessment passing rates of full-time postgraduate students in three years were 92.49%,93.02%and 85.71%,respectively,which were higher than those of the other three types of training resident physicians;the overall assessment passing rates of doctoral students and postgraduate students in 2020 were 100.00%,87.50%and 86.84%,respectively,which were higher than those of undergraduates;the overall assessment passing rates of resident physicians participating in the standardized training in the provincial medical institutions was 76.97%in 2020 and 85.25%in 2019,the both were higher than those in the municipal medical institutions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.005).The three-year training assessment average score of full-time postgraduate students was 82.22±9.69,which was higher than that of the other three types of students.Except for full-time postgraduate students,the training assessment average scores of the other three types of students showed an upward trend year by year.The training assessment average score of training bases in the provincial medical institutions was 81.88±8.04,which was higher than that of training bases in the municipal medical institutions,moreover the average score was increased year by year,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The passing rate of resident physicians with the master′s degree or above is generally higher than that of undergraduates;the passing rate of resident physicians in the provincial medical institutions is generally higher than that of the municipal medical institutions;the average score of resident training assessment is improving year by year.
