基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗心律失常研究热点分析

A Hotspot Analysis of TCM Treatment of Arrhythmia Based on CiteSpace

目的:运用CiteSpace文献计量软件分析中医药治疗心律失常的研究现状和发展趋势。方法:计算机检索中国知网数据库和Web of Science核心数据库收录的中医药治疗心律失常的文献,运用CiteSpace 5.3对文献关键词的共现分析,绘制相关研究的知识图谱。结果:本研究共纳入中文文献2422篇,英文文献239篇。频次最高的中文关键词是临床研究,中心性≥0.1的高中心性中文关键词为期前收缩、心肌梗死等8个关键词。频次最高的英文关键词是acupuncture,中心性≥0.1的高中心性英文关键词为mechanism、calcium等6个关键词。突现关键词分析得到35个中文突现关键词,2个英文突现关键词。结论:离子通道是中医药治疗心律失常机制的研究热点,名老中医治疗心律失常的用药规律和学术思想将是中医药领域的研究方向。

Objective:To use CiteSpace bibliometric software to analyze the research status and development trend of TCM in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:We searched CNKI database and Web of Science core database for literatures on arrhythmia treated by TCM,analyzed the co-occurrence of keywords by CiteSpace 5.3,and then drew the knowledge map of related research.Results:A total of 2,422 Chinese and 239 English literatures were included in this study.The most frequent Chinese key words were clinical research.The Chinese key words with centrality ≥ 0.1 included 8 key words,such as premature beat,myocardial infarction and so on.The most frequent English keyword was acupuncture.The English keywords with centrality ≥ 0.1 in senior high school included 8 key words,such as mechanism,calcium and so on.A total of 35 Chinese and 2 English pop-up keywords were obtained by pop-up keyword analysis.Conclusion:Ion channel is a research hotspot in the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of arrhythmia.The medication rules and academic ideas of famous and old TCM doctors in the treatment of arrhythmia will be the research direction in the field of TCM.
