开窍醒脑通语针刺疗法联合语言康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语80例

Eighty Cases of Post-Stroke Aphasia Treated with Acupuncture Therapy for Activating Brain for Resuscitation and Recovering Speech Communication in Combination with Language Rehabilitation Training

目的:观察开窍醒脑通语针刺疗法联合语言康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语的临床疗效。方法:将80例脑卒中后失语患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予常规药物联合语言康复训练治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予开窍醒脑通语针刺疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后失语严重程度、问答能力、复述能力变化及脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)、酪氨酸激酶B(tyrosine kinase receptor B,TrkB)水平。结果:治疗后,两组患者语言功能评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组语言功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后BDNF和TrkB水平均升高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为77.50%,治疗组有效率为97.50%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开窍醒脑通语针刺疗法联合语言康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语,可改善患者临床症状,提高患者语言能力。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy for activating brain for resuscitation and recovering speech communication in combination with language rehabilitation training on post-stroke aphasia(PSA).Methods:A total of 80 patients with PSA were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drugs combined with language rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was given acupuncture therapy for activating brain for resuscitation and recovering speech communication on the basis of the control group.The severity of aphasia,the ability of question answering and retelling,and the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and tyrosine kinase receptor B(TrkB) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the language score of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and the language score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BDNF and TrkB levels of the two groups were increased,and the above indexes of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 77.50%,while that of the treatment group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of PSA,acupuncture therapy for activating brain for resuscitation and recovering speech communication in combination with language rehabilitation training can improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the language ability of patients.
