中药单体防治单侧输尿管梗阻肾纤维化实验研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,防治单侧输尿管梗阻(unilateral ureteral obstruction,UUO)肾纤维化实验的中药单体主要有黄酮类单体、生物碱类单体、皂苷类单体、醌类中药单体、萜类单体、多酚类单体、木脂素类单体等。实验目前仍存在以下问题:某些治疗肾纤维化的中药单体具有不确定性,只停留在实验研究,临床未见报道;某些活血化瘀中药单体的机制探索研究较集中,指标水平重复,研究方法也仅仅停留在常规分子生物学的技术运用,研究深度不够;目前自噬、转染、凋亡机制研究较少,鲜有高效的代谢组学、转录组学等研究。今后,在肾纤维化UUO模型的研究中如何更好地将传统中医药理论与现代医学体系相融合,并充分利用基因芯片技术和蛋白组学等新兴研究方法,进行高效而客观的研究,以期指导临床,都是进一步开展中药单体防治UUO肾纤维化的作用机制研究需要思考的问题。 In recent years,there are flavonoid monomer,alkaloid monomer,saponin monomer,quinone monomer of Chinese medicinal,terpenoid monomer,polyphenol monomer,lignans monomer and so on in the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO).At present,the following problems still exist in the experiment:some Chinese medicinal monomers for the treatment of renal fibrosis are uncertain,which only stay in the experimental study,but have not been reported in clinical practice.The research on the mechanism of some Chinese medicinal monomers for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is concentrated,and the index level is repeated.The research methods only stay in the application of conventional molecular biology technology,and the research depth is not enough.At present,there are few studies on autophagy,transfection and apoptosis,efficient metabonomics and transcriptomics.In the future,in the study of UUO model of renal fibrosis,how to better integrate traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern medical system,and make full use of emerging research methods such as gene chip technology and proteomics to conduct efficient and objective research,so as to guide clinical practice,are the problems that need to be considered in the further study of the mechanism of Chinese medicinal monomer in the prevention and treatment of UUO renal fibrosis.
