Research Progress of Guijianyu in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases

鬼箭羽具有破血消癥、通经活络、解毒杀虫等功效,药理作用包括降血脂、降血压、降血糖、抗过敏、抑菌消炎、抗氧化和抗心肌缺血等。鬼箭羽提取物在治疗心肌缺血方面具有提高心肌细胞耐缺氧能力和抑制心肌细胞凋亡的作用;在治疗糖尿病方面,具有改善胰岛功能和抑制醛糖还原酶的作用;在治疗高血脂方面,可降低高密度脂蛋白、血清总胆固醇水平,延缓动脉粥样硬化的形成。目前,鬼箭羽在心血管系统疾病方面的作用机制和有效成分仍然缺乏深入研究,今后,应从多个角度对鬼箭羽的临床功效、药理作用机制等方面进行更加深入研究,以期更好地应用于临床。

Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi) has the functions of breaking blood and eliminating symptoms,dredging meridians and activating collaterals,detoxifying and killing insects.Pharmacological actions include lowering blood lipid,blood pressure,blood glucose,anti-allergy,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and anti-myocardial ischemia,etc.The extract of Guijianyu can improve the ability of hypoxia tolerance and inhibit the apoptosis of myocardial cells in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.In the treatment of diabetes,the extract of Guijianyu has effects on improving islet function and inhibiting aldose reductase.In the treatment of hyperlipidemia,Guijianyu can reduce the levels of high density lipoprotein and serum total cholesterol,and delay the formation of atherosclerosis.In addition,Guijianyu also has anti-oxidant,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and protection of renal tubular epithelial cells,and can prevent glomerulosclerosis and other effects.The mechanism of action and active ingredients of Guijianyu in cardiovascular diseases are still lack of in-depth research.In the future,the clinical efficacy and pharmacological mechanism of Guijianyu should be further studied from multiple perspectives in order to better apply it in clinical practice.
