摘要
聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)因具有生物降解性能及优良的力学性能,属于环境友好型材料,可作为活性包装材料并应用于食品包装中。为了使PBAT得到更好的应用,综述了以PBAT为基材的活性包装薄膜及其在食品包装中应用的研究进展,主要从PBAT薄膜共混改性、活性薄膜及其在食品包装中的应用三方面进行了归纳总结,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望,旨在为PBAT活性包装薄膜研究提供参考。
Poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)is an environmentally friendly material due to its biodegradation and excellent mechanical properties.It can be used as an active packaging material in food packaging.In order to get better application of PBAT,the research progress of PBAT based active packaging film and its application in food packaging was reviewed,mainly from three aspects:PBAT film blending modification,active film and its application in food packaging.Its future development trend was prospected,in order to provide reference for the research of PBAT active packaging film.
