摘要
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为原料,以氧化石墨烯(GO)、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为添加剂,利用非溶剂相转化法(NIPS)制备共混膜,并选择罗丹明B、亚甲基蓝和刚果红染料分别配制3种单一的染料废水,并对初始染料浓度、离子浓度和pH对共混膜截留性能的影响进行研究。结果表明:染料浓度为10mg/L时,共混膜对罗丹明B和亚甲基蓝染料的截留性能最优,染料浓度为50mg/L时刚果红染料的截留性能最好。染料溶液离子浓度为0.9mol/L时,共混膜的截留性能最好;当染料溶液pH=4时,共混膜对罗丹明B溶液和亚甲基蓝溶液的截留性能最好。
Ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by non-solvent Phase inversion(NIPS)with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)as raw material,graphene oxide(GO),multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as additives.Rhodamine B,methylene blue and Congo red dyes were selected to prepare three kinds of single dye wastewater respectively,and the effects of initial dye concentration,ion concentration and ph value on membrane retention performance were studied.The results shown that with the dye concentration of 10 mg/L,the composite membrane had the best retention performance for rhodamine B and methylene blue dyes,and the Congo red dye had the best retention performance when the dye concentration was 50 mg/L.When the ion concentration of dye solution was 0.9 mol/L,the retention performance of composite membrane was the best.When the pH=4 of dye solution was 4,the composite membrane had the best retention performance for rhodamine B solution and methylene blue solution.
