构建“四维一体”训练营 传承工匠精神--“酒店人”职业核心素养培育路径初探

Construction of Four-dimensional Integrated Training Camp to Inherit the“Craftsman Spirit”:A Preliminary Study on the Path of Cultivating the Professional Core Literacy of Hotel Managers

职业核心素养是经济新常态时代“放之于四海而皆准”的硬要求,高职院校处在校企合作大背景下,承担着培养企业能工巧匠的任务。如何破解专业人才培养与行业人才素质需求对接的难题向来是高职院校发展的瓶颈。为解决这个问题,广州番禺职业技术学院酒店管理专业从工匠精神理念出发,提炼“酒店人”职业核心素养,着重于将专业技能培训与专业态度培育相结合,构建“朋辈培育+技能竞赛+服务实战+创客派对”四维一体训练营,理顺“酒店人”职业核心素养培育路径,为学生提供“商校驱动+服务培训+创业指导”的教育服务,实现学校培养人才与企业培养员工的相互交融,以期为酒店业探索“工匠”素质的培育模式提供参考。

Vocational core literacy is the hard requirement everywhere in the era of the new normal economy.Under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises,higher vocational colleges are undertaking the task of training enterprise skilled workers.How to solve the problem of the connection between professional personnel training and the quality demand of industry talents has always been the bottleneck of the development of higher vocational colleges.In order to solve this problem,the hotel management major of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic refined the professional core literacy of hotel managers based on the“craftsman spirit”,focusing on combining professional skills training with professional attitude cultivation.We have built a four-dimensional integrated training camp for“peer training+skill competition+service practice+Maker’s party”,straightening out the training path for hotel managers and providing students with education services such as“business school drive+service training+entrepreneurship guidance”.The aim is to provide a reference for the hotel industry to explore the cultivation model with the“craftsman spirit”.
