摘要
病理生理学是研究疾病的发生、发展规律和机制的一门学科,其涵盖的知识体系最终服务于临床。作为执业医师资格考试的指定科目,在“病理生理学”课程思政实践中,将思想政治元素与临床病例结合,能够提升学生的学习兴趣、临床思维和解决实际临床问题的能力,体现知识融会贯通能力;而社会主义核心价值观、优良品格、科学观等思想政治元素融入,使得课程在无形中发挥了育人功能,病例导入法的课程思政模式是病理生理学教学方法改革的有益尝试,对其通过以后的临床执业资格考试有促进作用。
Pathophysiology is the study of the occurrence,development and mechanism of diseases,and the knowledge system covered ultimately serves the clinical work.As the qualification examination for medical practitioners,the combination of ideological and political elements with clinical cases in the practice of Pathophysiology can enhance students’interest in learning and clinical thinking ability,improve medical students’ability to solve practical clinical problems using the basic medicine knowledge,and thus can be useful to cultivate the ability of knowledge integration for clinical medicine students.As the necessary composition parts of clinical cases,the ideological and political elements including socialist core values,good character,scientific concept enable Pathophysiology to play the educating functions.In conclusion,the ideological and political model of case introduction is a beneficial attempt of Pathophysiology teaching method,which can promote the pass rate of clinical professional qualification examination.
