肝胆肿瘤全程管理模式的建立与临床教学

摘要 肝胆肿瘤发病率高,既往单一的治疗手段疗效较差。多学科综合治疗在延长肝胆肿瘤患者生存期、改善生活质量等方面的价值逐渐受到关注和认可。建立肝胆肿瘤一站式多学科全程管理模式,对于肝胆肿瘤的早期诊断、多学科治疗手段的决策、严密的随访及术后复发的管理均具有重大的意义。既往诊疗模式下的肝胆肿瘤临床教学面临着极大的挑战,在新的诊疗模式下,充分发挥全程管理模式的优势,结合多种教学模式的应用,有利于培养出符合未来需求的肝胆肿瘤方向复合型专业人才。 The incidence of hepatobiliary tumors is high,and the efficacy of previous single treatment method is poor.The value of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment in prolonging the survival time and improving the quality of life of patients with hepatobiliary tumors has been paid more and more attention and recognition.The establishment of one-stop multidisciplinary whole-process management mode for hepatobiliary tumors is of great significance for the early diagnosis of hepatobiliary tumors,the decision-making of multidisciplinary treatment,and the rigorous follow-up and postoperative recurrence management.The clinical teaching of hepatobiliary tumors under the previous diagnosis and treatment mode is facing great challenges.Under the new diagnosis and treatment mode,the advantages of the whole-process management mode should be given full play and the application of various teaching modes should be combined,which is conducive to the cultivation of compound professional talents in the direction of hepatobiliary tumors that meet the future needs.
