摘要
学生进入大学后,由于生活、学业、人际、心理方面的不适应而影响了大学生的成长成才。将积极心理学引入大学新生适应教育,其意义在于大学新生适应教育工作不再仅仅针对“问题学生”,而是通过挖掘与引导学生群体与个体潜在的正面的能量来达到帮助大学新生顺利度过入学适应期的目的。通过从积极心理学的视角,对当前大学新生适应的不良症状及原因进行了分析,提出了积极心理学运用于大学新生适应教育的实践策略,积极营造大学新生适应的教育生态,帮助学生形成健康积极的阳光心理。
After being admitted to college,students often suffer from inadaptation in life,study,interpersonal relationship and psychology.The significance of introducing positive psychology into college adapting education for the fresh lies not only in helping specific students,but also help most students pass adapting period smoothly by excavating and guiding the potential positive energy of the group or the individual.By means of positive psychology,the author analyzes the adverse symptoms and causes of freshmen’s adaptation problems and puts forward practical strategies of applying positive psychology to freshmen’s adaptation education,so as to create friendly education environment for freshmen’s adaptation and help students form healthy and positive mind.
