生物标志物在孤独症诊断中的研究进展

摘要 孤独症谱系障碍(Autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是一组发生于幼儿时期,复杂的广泛性神经发育障碍疾病,从幼年发病并持续终生。据统计全世界孤独症患者总人数已达6700万人,并且患病率持续上升,给家庭和社会带来沉重负担。目前没有有效治疗药物,可以通过早期干预治疗改善孤独症预后,但目前的诊断手段主要根据行为标准等定性指标,无法及时准确的对孤独症做出诊断。因此,寻求临床ASD生物标志物的重要性日益迫切。本文对ASD生物标志物的研究进展进行综述。 Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a group of complex and extensive neurodevelopmental disorders that occur in early childhood and last for a lifetime.According to statistics,the total number of patients with autism worldwide has reached 67 million,and the prevalence rate continues to rise,bringing a heavy burden to families and society.At present,there is no effective treatment drug that can improve the prognosis of autism through early intervention treatment,but the current diagnostic methods are mainly based on qualitative indicators such as behavioral standards,and cannot make a timely and accurate diagnosis of autism.Therefore,the importance of seeking clinical ASD biomarkers is increasingly urgent.This article reviews the research progress of ASD biomarkers.
