腹腔镜结肠直肠癌根治术治疗结肠直肠癌的效果研究

Effect of laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer

目的:对结肠直肠癌患者应用腹腔镜结肠直肠癌根治术干预,分析效果。方法:于2017年6月至2019年6月期间在我院接收的结肠直肠癌患者中抽取70例入组研究,随机数表法将其分为常规组和实验组,常规组接受开腹结直肠癌根治术的干预,实验组接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的干预治疗。比较两组住院时间、切口长度、术中出血量以及并发症发生率。结果:实验组下床活动时间、住院时间、胃肠功能恢复时间均短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜根治术治疗结直肠癌,可降低并发症发生率,加速康复进程,整体治疗效果更佳。

Objective:to analyze the effect of laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,70 cases of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group.The conventional group received the intervention of open colorectal cancer radical surgery,and the experimental group received the intervention of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation.The hospitalization time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The ambulation time,hospitalization time and gastrointestinal function recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the conventional group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic radical surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer can reduce the incidence of complications,accelerate the rehabilitation process,and the overall treatment effect is better.
