摘要
目的:探讨高压氧治疗小儿外伤性脑梗死的效果及对CRP的影响。方法:以2016年9月至2019年11月这一区间作为研究时段,选取此段时间入住我院的19例外伤性脑梗死患儿作为研究对象,将患儿排序,单号作为对照组(n=10),并接受常规治疗,双号作为研究组(n=9),接受常规治疗辅以高压氧治疗,比较两组不同治疗方式的临床应用效果。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率与对照组临床治疗有效率相比,研究组相对较高(P<0.05);实施治疗前,研究组患儿血CRP含量与对照组相比,指标差异未显示出统计学价值(P>0.05);经过有效方案治疗后,两组患儿血CRP含量情况均有所下降,且研究组患儿血CRP含量与对照组相比,研究组下降程度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:在外伤性脑梗死患儿治疗过程中辅以高压氧技术,可行性较高,患儿神经功能恢复更好,CRP改善更显著,具有应用价值,值得大力推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on children with traumatic cerebral infarction and the effect on CRP.Methods:19 patients with traumatic cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital during this period were selected as the study subjects,and the number of patients was taken as the control group(n=10),and the two numbers were treated as the study group(n=9),and received routine treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,The clinical application effect of different treatment methods was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before the treatment,the CRP content of the children in the study group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After effective treatment,the level of CRP in the two groups decreased,and the level of CRP in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to use hyperbaric oxygen technology in the treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction children,and the recovery of nerve function is better,CRP is improved more significantly,which is of great application value and worth popularizing.
