高通量血透治疗终末期肾病的应用及临床预后分析

Application and clinical prognosis of high flux hemodialysis in the treatment of end stage renal disease

目的:分析终末期肾病患者开展高通量血透治疗的临床应用效果。方法:本篇文章中筛选的病例为我院2017年1月至2019年7月期间接收的156例终末期肾病患者,将所有患者运用随机数字表法分成两组进行治疗研究,组别共包括观察组与对照组,每组病例人数分别有78例,对照组患者治疗采取低通量血液透析;观察组患者则采取高通量血透治疗,将最终两种不同治疗方式的临床应用效果进行详细对比。结果:通过对比后发现,观察组患者最终获得的治疗有效率较为理想,患者肾功能各项指标、血钾、血磷、β2-微球蛋白、C反应蛋白、血浆白蛋白及血红蛋白均得到显著改善,且最终并发症发生率也较低,两组指标数据差异性经计算已达到统计学意义标准(P<0.05)。结论:对终末期肾病患者采用高通量血透治疗,能够进一步提升临床治疗效果,尽早改善患者的肾功能和临床各项指标,减少患者并发症发生几率,减轻疾病对患者健康及生命安全构成的威胁。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of high flux hemodialysis in patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods:156 patients with end-stage renal disease in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected in this article.All patients were randomly divided into two groups for treatment study,including the observation group and the control group,with 78 cases in each group;The patients in the observation group were treated with high flux hemodialysis,and the clinical effects of the two different treatment methods were compared in detail.Results:After comparison,it was found that the effective rate of the patients in the observation group was ideal,including the indexes of renal function,blood potassium,blood phosphorusβ2-microglobulin,C-reactive protein,plasma albumin and hemoglobin were significantly improved,and the final incidence of complications was also low.The difference between the two groups of index data had reached the standard of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:High flux hemodialysis for patients with end-stage renal disease can further improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the renal function and clinical indicators as soon as possible,reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce the threat of disease to the health and life safety of patients.
