动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心肌缺血及心律失常的临床价值比较研究

Comparative study on the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease

目的:分析探讨动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心肌缺血及心律失常的临床价值。方法:选取我院2019年7月至2020年7月78例冠心病患者,编号随机抽取,分为两组,39例研究组,用动态心电图,39例对照组,用常规心电图,对两组的心肌缺血的检出准确率,与不同心律失常的检出准确率进行对比。结果:研究组心肌缺血的检出准确率比对照组高(P<0.05),不同心律失常的检出准确率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图在诊断冠心病患者心肌缺血及心律失常准确率高,具有临床应用的价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)and routine electrocardiogram(ECG)in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:78 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in the study group,with dynamic electrocardiogram,39 cases in the control group,with conventional electrocardiogram,the detection accuracy of myocardial ischemia in the two groups was compared with that of different arrhythmias.Results:The detection accuracy of myocardial ischemia in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the detection accuracy of different arrhythmias in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic electrocardiogram has high accuracy in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease,and has clinical application value.
