预制破片战斗部安全距离试验与数值仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了分析战斗部结构、装填破片质量2种因素对预制破片战斗部安全防护距离的影响,运用连续-离散耦合计算程序构建了聚焦结构、平行结构、飞散结构战斗部及装填不同质量破片的战斗部模型,结合特定的材料方程与状态方程,对破片飞散全过程进行了数值仿真,验证了静爆数值仿真的可靠性。研究结果表明:我国现行标准对于战斗部安全距离的规定过大。预制破片战斗部安全距离受装填破片质量的影响较大,而战斗部结构对安全距离影响相对较小,安全距离与破片质量大小呈正相关性,研究结果对预制破片战斗部生产、储存的安全防护具有参考价值。 In order to analyze the influence of the structure of the warhead and the quality of the loaded fragment on the safety protection distance of the prefabricated fragment warhead.The warhead models of focuses structure,parallel structure,fly-off structure and loaded with fragments of different mass were constructed by using the continual-discrete coupling program.The whole process of flying fragmentation was simulated by using the specific material equation and state equation,and the reliability of numerical simulation was verified by static detonation test.The results show that the current standard in China is unreasonable for the safety distance of warhead.The safety distance of prefabricated fragment warhead is greatly influenced by the quality of filling fragment,while the structure of the warhead has relatively little influence on the safety distance,and the safety distance is positively correlated with the quality of fragment.The research results have certain reference value for the safety protection of the production and storage of prefabricated fragment warhead.
