船用折臂起重机在波浪载荷下的动力学分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究船用折臂起重机在波浪载荷作用下的动力学响应,首先通过STAR-CCM+对船舶在波浪作用下的运动响应进行数值模拟,记录船上基座的运动状态,生成6自由度运动数据;随后将得到的船基座运动数据和起重机模型一起导入到ADAMS创建虚拟样机模型并进行典型工况下(起升变幅,回落变幅,回转)的动力学分析,得到各种工况下伸缩臂末端钢丝绳拉力、两变幅液压缸驱动力变化状况。分析结果表明,钢丝绳拉力最大的情况出现在船舶自由漂浮时的起升过程;研究结果对船用折臂起重机结构的相关设计与力学性能的研究提供了技术参考。 In order to study the dynamic response of marine boom crane under wave loading,this paper firstly conducted numerical simulation of ship motion response under wave loading through STAR-CCM+,records the motion state of the base on board and generates six degrees of freedom motion data.Then the motion data of the base on board and the crane model were imported into ADAMS to create the virtual prototype model,and perform dynamic analysis under typical working conditions(lifting amplitude,falling amplitude,rotation).The driving force changes of the end rope tension of telescopic boom and the two-amplitude hydraulic cylinder were obtained under various working conditions.The analysis results show that the maximum wire rope tension occurs in the lifting process when the ship is free floating.The research results provide a technical reference for the related design and mechanical properties of the crane.
