刀具材料对切削AF1410高强度钢温度场的影响 被引量:2

摘要 应用ABAQUS软件建立AF1410高强度钢的二维切削仿真模型,研究CBN、WC硬质合金、Al2O3陶瓷3种不同材料刀具在相同切削参数条件下切削AF1410高强度钢时,模型温度场及刀具的温度分布特点。研究结果表明:3种刀具材料仿真切削AF1410过程中,模型温度场温度变化可分为切入、稳定、切出3个阶段,切入阶段模型场温度急剧升高;稳定阶段,模型场温度波动,其中CBN刀具波动最小,Al2O3陶瓷刀具波动最大;切出阶段温度波动小,温度稳定。切削过程中切屑底面最高温度高于刀具前刀面最高温度,其中CBN刀具模型场切屑底面-刀具表面温度差最小,Al2O3陶瓷刀具模型场切屑底面-刀具表面温度差最大;CBN刀具热量向刀具内部传递范围广,WC硬质合金刀具次之,而Al2O3陶瓷刀具热量向刀具内部传递少,表面分布范围较大。 This paper established cutting simulation models of AF1410 high-strength steel by ABAQUS software.The temperature field of the model and the temperature distribution characteristics of the main elements of the cutting tool rake face and flank face of CBN,WC Cemented Carbide and Al2O3 ceramic were studied when cutting AF1410 with the same cutting parameters.The results show that:in the process of cutting AF1410,according to the characteristics of model temperature field,it can be divided into three stages:cutting in,stabilizing and cutting out.In the cutting in stage,the temperature rises sharply.In the stable cutting stage,the temperature fluctuation fluctuates in a certain range.The fluctuation of CBN tool is the smallest,of Al2O3 ceramic tool is the largest,and the temperature fluctuation of cutting out stage is small and the temperature is stable.During cutting,the highest temperature of chip bottom is higher than that of tool rake face,in which the temperature difference in CBN tool model field is the smallest,and that in Al2O3 ceramic tool model field is the largest,the heat transfer range of CBN tool is wide,followed by WC Cemented Carbide tool’s,and the heat transfer of Al2O3 ceramic tool is less,and the surface distribution range is large.
