摘要
随着现代社会的发展,对于土地的利用已经从大拆大建走向了存量更新的新阶段,如何对现有空间改良更新将成为新的城市发展趋势。城市中的老旧小区存在许多未被合理利用的消极空间,这些消极空间经过合理改造将为居民提供更多更舒适的室外活动空间。本文先对城市中消极空间的类型与特征、形成原因及其带来的弊端总结概括,指出合理改造利用消极空间是提升居民户外活动质量和改善城市面貌的重要手段,之后重点以呼和浩特市附件厂小区为例,提出应对老旧小区中消极空间的更新与改良策略,为老旧小区的更新改造提供新手法和新思路。
With the development of modern society,the use of land has shifted from major demolition and construction to a new stage of stock renewal.How to improve and renew the existing space will become a new urban development trend.There are many negative spaces in the old communities in the city that have not been reasonably used.These negative spaces will provide residents with more and more comfortable outdoor activity spaces after reasonable transformation.This paper first summarizes the types and characteristics of the negative space in the city,the reasons for its formation and the disadvantages that it brings,and points out that the rational transformation and utilization of negative space is an important means for improving the quality of residents'outdoor activities and improving the appearance of the city.Taking the Annex Factory community in Hohhot as an example,it proposes the strategies for updating and improving the negative space in the old community,and provides new methods and new ideas for the renewal and transformation of the old community.
