新农村建设是我国乡村振兴下的城乡建设发展的重要举措,其主要目标是构建现代化农村环境,通过对农村基础设施的改造,提升农民生活水平,促进农村经济发展,最终将传统农村建设成经济繁荣、设施完善、环境优美、文明和谐的社会主义新农村。在新农村建设中,农村住宅建设是其中非常重要的一项内容,基于对环境、经济、人文等因素的综合考量,研究外墙保温系统及保温层经济厚度是非常有必要的。本文通过对外墙保温系统的构成、影响住宅外墙保温层厚度因素以及新农村住宅外墙保温系统的优化措施进行详细分析,并进一步结合新农村住宅建设的要求和特点,探究确定新农村住宅外墙保温层经济厚度的方法,以此来提升我国新农村住宅建设质量,实现住宅建设经济性和实用性的双赢。

New rural construction is an important measure for the development of urban and rural construction under rural revitalization.Its main goal is to build a modern rural environment.Through the transformation of rural infrastructure,farmers’living standards are improved,rural economic development is promoted,and traditional rural areas are ultimately built into a new socialist countryside that is prosperous,well-equipped,beautiful,and civilized and harmonious.In the construction of new rural areas,rural housing is an important part of it.It is necessary to study the external wall insulation system and economic thickness of the insulation layer after comprehensively considering the environment,economy,and humanity,and so on.This paper conducts a detailed analysis through the composition of the external wall insulation system,the study on factors affecting the thickness of the residential external wall insulation layer,and the optimization measures for the new rural residential external wall thermal insulation system.Then it further combines the requirements and characteristics of the new rural residential construction to explore the method to determine the economic thickness of the insulation layer of the exterior wall of the residence,in order to improve the construction quality of new rural housing in our country,and achieve a win-win situation in the economy and practicability of housing construction.
