Exploration on the Cost and Cost Control Measures of Prefabricated Construction Project

伴随着市场经济的不断发展和进步,建筑工程项目的规模和质量都受到了广泛关注。尤其是装配式建筑工程,为了避免工程造价和成本较高的问题,要积极落实更加合理的控制机制和运维处理方案,实现全面监督管理的目标。本文分析了装配式建筑工程的特点,并对其应用工程造价和成本控制管理环节的必要性予以阐释,结合具体问题落实相应的控制措施。

With the continuous development and progress of market economy,construction projects,whether in scale or quality,have been widely concerned,especially the prefabricated construction project.In order to avoid the problem of high project cost and high cost,we should actively implement more reasonable control mechanism and operation and maintenance treatment scheme,and fundamentally achieve the goal of comprehensive supervision and management.This paper analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated construction engineering,explains the necessity of its application in engineering cost and cost control management,and implements corresponding control measures combined with specific problems.
