工程哲学视域下的红旗渠工程之审思

Reflections on the Hongqiqu Project from the Perspective of Engineering Philosophy

社会发展日新月异,工程也成为促进综合国力提升、助力国家跻身世界强国的重要载体。当前我国正由工程大国向工程强国转变,工程活动在深深地影响着社会发展进程,工程本身在由自然领域逐步向人文社会领域扩展的同时,其内涵也在不断地丰富和发展。从哲学视角审视工程建设不仅能够拓宽研究工程视角,创新工程理念,克服工程难题,而且可以实现人与工程、工程与自然、工程与生态的和谐与可持续性发展。修建于20世纪60年代的大型水利灌溉工程红旗渠在设计构想、建设施工、运营维护等方面能够做到尊重自然、顺应自然,能够在维护生态和谐的基础上做到大胆创新、承载工程美学、彰显工程价值、体现生态伦理观,可谓是集工程技术之“善”“美”“和”于一体的经典工程。

Social development is changing rapidly.Engineering has become an important carrier to promote the improvement of comprehensive national strength and help the country to become a world power.At present,our country is transforming from an engineering power to an engineering big power.Engineering activities are deeply affecting the process of social development,not only in the natural field.While gradually expanding to the humanities and social fields,its connotation is constantly enriched and developed.Reflecting engineering construction from a philosophical perspective can not only broaden the perspective of research engineering,innovate engineering concepts,and overcome engineering problems,but also realize harmonious and sustainable development between human and engineering,engineering and nature,engineering and ecology.The Hong qi qu,a large-scale water conservancy irrigation project built in the 1960s.It respects and conforms to nature in terms of design conception,construction,operation and maintenance,and can achieve bold innovation and carry engineering aesthetics on the basis of maintaining ecological harmony.Demonstrating the value of the project and embodying the concept of ecological ethics,it can be described as a classic project that integrates the“good”,“beauty”and“harmony”of engineering technology.
