摘要 VUCA时代的HR面临新挑战与新机遇,人力资源价值新论重新定义了人的价值,人力分析可帮助企业更好地找出关键员工,预测部门完成绩效目标的可能性。未来AI与HR协作,能够为公司创造最大利益,推动去中心化组织的形成。敏捷HR将贯穿绩效评估、薪酬、招聘、学习与发展四个方面,提高组织在人力资源方面的敏捷性。VUCA时代的HR将更加智能化、敏捷化。 The VUCA era of HR presents new challenges and gives different meanings.Its main tasks have three categories:first is to build effective platform organization structure and calculate the business profit and loss of the company by project;second is to design the incentive system of platform organization to stimulate the internal driving force;the third is to design the enabling mode of platform organization,extract the practical experience and share with you.The business environment of the VUCA era has great uncertainty,and they constantly put forward new requirements for the quality model of talents.The existing enterprise quality model needs to keep pace with the time and can establish their own talent selection mechanism in the uncertainty.Based on the characteristics of the VUCA era,this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by future HR and the theoretical exploration of response.
