The VUCA era of HR presents new challenges and gives different meanings.Its main tasks have three categories:first is to build effective platform organization structure and calculate the business profit and loss of the company by project;second is to design the incentive system of platform organization to stimulate the internal driving force;the third is to design the enabling mode of platform organization,extract the practical experience and share with you.The business environment of the VUCA era has great uncertainty,and they constantly put forward new requirements for the quality model of talents.The existing enterprise quality model needs to keep pace with the time and can establish their own talent selection mechanism in the uncertainty.Based on the characteristics of the VUCA era,this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by future HR and the theoretical exploration of response.
