对外直接投资对我国经济高质量发展的影响研究——基于新发展理念的视角

THE INFLUENCE OF OFDI ON THE HIGH-QUALITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA BASED ON THE NEW DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY

在追求经济高质量发展目标及构建国内国际双循环相互促进新发展格局背景下,探讨对外直接投资对我国经济高质量发展的影响及内在机制,具有重要的现实意义。通过构建经济高质量发展指标体系,合成经济高质量发展指数,采用系统GMM方法实证分析了对外直接投资对经济高质量发展的影响。结果表明:对外直接投资显著促进了我国经济高质量发展,但存在一阶滞后性;地方吸收能力在对外直接投资促进经济高质量发展中具有正向调节作用;分区域样本回归结果表明,对外直接投资对经济高质量发展的促进作用存在区域异质性,东部地区显著而中西部地区不显著。当前阶段应继续推动对外直接投资,并实施差异化投资策略来推动经济高质量发展。

When pursuing the goal of high-quality economic development and building the new development paradigm featuring dual circulation,in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other,it is of great practical significance to explore the influence of Outward Foreign Direct Investment(OFDI)on the high-quality economic development in China and its internal mechanism.The index system of high-quality economic development is constructed to approximate the composite index of high-quality economic development.An empirical analysis is conducted in the System GMM Model to examine the influence of OFDI on high-quality economic development.The results show that OFDI promotes high-quality economic development significantly,yet with a first-order lag.The local absorbing capacity has a positive moderating effect in promoting high-quality economic development by OFDI.And the regression results of the regional sample reveal that there is regional heterogeneity in the promotion of high-quality economic development by OFDI.The eastern region is significant in the promotion,while the central and western regions are not significant.Currently,it is suggested to continue to promote OFDI and differentiate OFDI strategies so as to boost high-quality economic development.
