智慧养老服务供给性问题的破解与实现路径——基于对福建省老年人的调查

RESEARCH ON THE SOLUTION AND PATH TO THE SUPPLY PROBLEM OF SMART ELDERLY CARE:BASED ON A SURVEY OF THE ELDERLY IN FUJIAN PROVINCE

当前我国已经进入人口老龄化阶段,智慧养老服务虽然已经取得了阶段性的成果,但是供给总量不足、供需存在结构性矛盾等问题仍然较为突出。在这一领域深入推进供给侧结构性改革,有着重要的现实意义。为解决当前市场经济新常态背景下智慧养老服务领域面临的碎片化困境,从全局最优角度,对当前我国智慧养老服务客观存在的问题进行了系统的剖析;结合相关理论,给出了针对性的优化建议。

China has now faced with population aging.Although smart elderly care has gained preliminary achievements,there are still prominent problems such as insufficient supply,and structural contradiction between supply and demand.It is of great practical significance to promote the supply-side structural reform in this field.In order to solve the predicaments of smart elderly care under the new normal of market economy,a global optimum is considered to systematically examine the current problems of smart elderly care,and targeted suggestions are given for optimization with relevant theories.
