670 nm红光减轻早产儿视网膜病变损害的研究进展

摘要 早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)作为一种视网膜血管增生性疾病,是目前全世界儿童期视力丧失的主要原因之一。从红光到近红外光谱的低强度光疗可防止神经细胞和视网膜细胞损伤,670 nm红光作为一种强大的神经保护剂,可以促进线粒体ATP产能增加,减轻氧诱导的视网膜病变动物(模拟ROP)的氧化应激、细胞死亡、视网膜应激和炎症反应,维持视网膜血管的正常发育,提高感光细胞存活率,减少血管闭塞及新生血管和异常周边分支的形成,减轻早产儿视网膜病变损害,降低ROP的发生率。670 nm红光对氧源性视网膜病变动物和人类ROP作用的影响,为临床治疗ROP提示一个新的可能方向。 Retinopathy of prematurity(ROP),a proliferative retinal vascular disease,is one of the main causes of vision loss in childhood all over the world.It has been proved that low intensity phototherapy from red light to near infrared spectrum can prevent the injury of nerve and retinal cells.As a powerful neuroprotective agent,red light at 670 nm wavelength can increase mitochondrial ATP production,and reduce oxidative stress,cell death,retinal stress and inflammation in oxygen-induced retinopathy.Furthermore,670 nm red light can maintain normal development of retinal vessels,improve the survival rate of photoreceptor cells,reduce vascular occlusion and formation of new blood vessels and abnormal peripheral branches,alleviate the ROP-caused damage,and decreased the incidence of ROP.This paper reviews the effect of 670 nm red light on ROP in humans and animals with oxygen-induced retinopathy,and suggests a new possible direction for clinical treatment of ROP.
