Research Progress in Relationship between Hedgehog Signaling Pathway and Tumor Radiosensitivity

Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路在胚胎组织的分化过程中发挥重要作用。有研究认为该信号通路的持续异常激活与肿瘤的发生发展亦有着密切的关系。而且,多种肿瘤的放疗敏感性受Hh信号通路的影响。本文就Hh信号通路与肿瘤的放疗敏感性研究进展作一综述,为Hh信号通路在肿瘤的放射治疗中的作用提供新的思路。

Hedgehog(Hh)signaling pathway is critical during embryonic development.Studies have suggested that the persistent abnormal activation of Hh signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.In addition,Hh signaling pathway is associated with the radiosensitivity of various tumors.This paper reviews the research progress in the relationship between Hh signaling pathway and tumor radiosensitivity to provide a new idea for understand the role of Hh signaling pathway in tumor radiotherapy.
