地理空间邻近在科技创新网络演化中的作用机制——广深科技创新走廊广州段生物医药产业案例研究 被引量:2

摘要 以广深科技创新走廊广州段生物医药产业为案例,利用2014—2019年582条专利联合申请数据,运用社会网络分析法,从创新主体结构与创新空间联系两方面探讨广深科技创新走廊规划实施前后广州段协同创新网络的结构变化,探究发现创新网络特征。研究发现地理空间要素受创新主体要素内在驱动,兼有连续性与间断性两种特征,对创新网络演化有一定影响。科技创新网络的营造需尊重创新规律,处理好主体要素与空间要素、空间连续与空间间断之间的关系。提出根据创新活动的空间根植性营造创新网络,破除行政壁垒以释放市场机制活力,提高创新要素市场化配置效率等建议。 Taking Guangzhou section of Guangzhou-Shenzhen science and technology innovation corridor as an example,using 582 patent joint application data during 2014-2019 and social network analysis method,the paper describes the structural changes of collaborative innovation network of Guangzhou section before and after the implementation of the planning of Guangzhou-Shenzhen science and technology innovation corridor from two aspects of innovation subject structure and innovation space connection,so as to discover the characteristics of innovation network.It is found that geospatial elements are driven by innovation subject elements,and have both continuous and intermittent characteristics,which have a certain impact on the evolution of innovation network.The creation of scientific and technological innovation network needs to respect the law of innovation and deal with the relationship between the subject elements and the space elements,the space continuity and the space discontinuity.Hereby put forward policy suggestions such as building innovation network according to the space rooting of innovation activities,breaking down administrative barriers to release the vitality of market mechanisms,and improving the efficiency of market-oriented allocation of innovation factors.
