摘要
课程思政是高校践行立德树人根本任务的有效渠道,需要辅导员和专业课教师的高效协同。从课程思政视角论证了高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的内在逻辑,指出了课程思政是高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的有效途径,剖析了高校在辅导员和专业课教师协同育人方面的现状和存在的短板,从个人、高校、外部环境等层面提出了相应对策建议。
Curriculum Ideology and Politics is an effective channel for colleges and universities to practice the fundamental task of morality education,which requires efficient collaboration between counsellors and teachers of specialised courses.From the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,the internal logic of collaborative education between college counselors and specialized course teachers is demonstrated.And it is pointed out that curriculum ideology and politics is an effective way of collaborative education between college counselors and teachers.It also analyzes the current situation and the shortcomings in the collaborative education of counselors and teachers in colleges and universities.Finally,it provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems at the level of universities,individuals and external environment.
