腹部推拿治疗情志疾病的作用机制探讨

Study on the mechanism of abdominal massage in the treatment of emotional diseases

随着现代社会的飞速发展,人们所面临的各种压力不断攀升,使得情志疾病的发病率不断上升,中西医都在试图寻找最佳的治疗方法。腹部推拿作为中医学的重要组成部分,众多临床研究已证实其对广泛性焦虑症、失眠、脏躁等情志疾病具有较好疗效,但对其作用机制的研究尚待进一步深化。从中医基础理论与现代医学理论两方面进行阐述,旨在初步探讨腹部推拿治疗情志疾病的理论基础,为其临床应用提供理论依据。

With the rapid development of modern society,people are faced with various pressures rising,which makes the incidence of emotional diseases rising.Both Chinese and Western medicine are trying to find the best treatment.Abdominal massage is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.Many clinical studies have confirmed that it has good curative effect on emotional diseases such as generalized anxiety disorder,insomnia and restlessness,but the research on its mechanism needs to be further deepened.This paper expounds the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical theory,aiming at preliminarily discussing the theoretical basis of abdominal massage in treating emotional diseases and providing theoretical basis for its clinical application.
