摘要 500kV紧凑型同塔双回线路在带电作业中的安全距离有限、作业难度大,为此本文设计出一种180°旋转伸缩绝缘梯。该工具利用安全绳增加梯子的稳定性,以此提高作业的安全性;其可伸缩性增加了携带的便捷性,通过牵引绳控制梯子的伸缩。根据理论与实验分析,所研究的伸缩绝缘梯的绝缘强度和材料强度均满足使用要求,且相对于绝缘平梯,其安装更加便捷,操作更加简单,能为500kV紧凑型同塔双回线路带电作业提供更良好的作业条件。 The 500kV compact double circuit transmission line has a limited safety distance during live working,and the operation is difficult.For this purpose,a 180°rotating telescopic insulation ladder is designed.The tool uses a safety rope to increase the stability of the ladder,thereby improving the safety of the operation.Its scalability increases the convenience of carrying,and the extension of the ladder is controlled by the traction rope.According to theoretical and experimental analysis,the insulation strength and material strength of the developed telescopic insulation ladder meet the use requirements.Compared with the insulated ladder,the installation is more convenient and the operation is simpler.It can provide better live working conditions for 500kV compact double circuit transmission line.
