摘要
聚合物流变学研究聚合物熔体流动状态的非线性黏弹行为,以及这种行为与聚合物结构、物理和化学性质的关系。聚合物加工生产中的流变行为,最终决定制品的性能和质量。流变测试是聚合物流变性能研究的必要手段,准确测试和数据处理是确定材料本构方程的关键。聚合物流变测试技术随着理论研究深入和技术的更新得以发展。本文综述聚合物剪切和拉伸流变测试,以及微流变测试技术的研究进展,为流变测试技术的选择和应用提供理论和技术的支持。
Polymer rheology studies the nonlinear viscoelastic behavior of polymer melt flow state and its relationship with polymer structure,physical and chemical properties.The rheological behavior in polymer processing and production ultimately determines the performance and quality of products.Rheological testing is a necessary means to study the rheological properties of polymers.Accurate testing and data processing are the key to determine the constitutive equation of materials.With the deepening of theoretical research and the updating of technology,polymer rheological testing technology has been developed.In this paper,the research progress of polymer shear and tensile rheological testing and micro rheological testing technology is reviewed,which provides theoretical and technical support for the selection and application of rheological testing technology.
