This paper introduces a kind of snow tire with asymmetric tread pattern,which is 245/45R1896H.Structural design mainly includes outer contour:outer diameter 664 mm,driving surface width 210 mm,landing width 224 mm,landing diameter 456 mm.There are 3 kinds of patterns,which are Q-type and H-type long pattern,and Y-type short pattern.The pattern depth is 8.6 mm and saturation is 68.86%.The design of tire void ratio is reasonable.Construction design mainly including:tread,full layered design,improve performance under the premise of ensuring safety,sidewall design is double composite,belt contains 1#and 2#two layers of steel cord,steel ring design is inclined hexagon,section is nearly circular after cutting,to ensure the stability of ring part;The molding process is single-stage,the equipment manufacturer is VMI,the vulcanization process is nitrogen vulcanization,and the equipment is Korea Donghe.The performance of asymmetric tread snow tire meets the requirements of R&D standard.
