摘要 PE阀门已在城镇燃气管网建设中大量应用,针对PE球阀结构、生产特点,GB 15558.3明确了对PE阀门力学、承压、气密、可靠性等一系列要求。PE阀门中内嵌RFID标签,可将产品代码、生产质控信息等写入其中,为阀门产品全生命周期质量追溯创造条件;在网阀门写入在网地理坐标信息,并设计阀门开闭专用操作工具及云端巡查运维管理数据库,可实现在网PE阀门现场巡查操作信息实时采集上传(‘点’监督)、管线巡查计划/调度(‘线’排工)及管理终端信息分析利用(‘网’综合),解决CJJ51(城镇燃气设施运行、维护和抢修安全技术规程)实施管理的难点问题。 PE valve has been widely used in the construction of urban gas pipeline network.According to the structure and production characteristics of PE ball valve,GB 15558.3 specifies a series of requirements for PE valve mechanics,pressure bearing,air tightness and reliability.RFID tag is embedded in PE valve,which can write product code,production quality control information,etc.to create conditions for valve product life cycle quality traceability;The geographic coordinate information is written in online valve,and the special operation tools for valve opening and closing and the cloud patrol operation and maintenance management database are designed,which can realize the real-time collection and uploading of the onsite patrol operation information of online PE valves("point"supervision),,pipeline patrol plan/scheduling("line"scheduling)and management terminal information analysis and utilization("network"integration),to solve the difficult problems in the implementation and management of CJJ51(Safety technical specification for operation,maintenance and rush-repair of city gas facilities).
