滴灌尖管脱模机构及成型件加工优化模具设计 被引量:1

摘要 设计了一种1模2腔、两次开模两板模具来对滴灌尖管进行注射成型生产,模具的设计特点有以下几个方面:第一是,针对塑件薄壁浇注特点,使用流动性好、并添加增流剂的PC料来进行成型,同时,使用末端增设冷料井的方式来保证模腔充填的充分性。第二是,设计了5种脱模机构来进行脱模,5种机构分别为,斜孔定模锁紧块滑块斜抽芯机构,倒扣孔定模推板斜顶机构,薄壁定模油缸抽芯机构,连杆式弯管抽芯机构、以及顶针顶出冷料井完全脱模机构。机构中,连杆式弯管抽芯机构通过定模、动模开模面的打开,通过驱动连杆来驱动弯管型芯抽芯的机构结构方式,能避免设计复杂的弯管抽芯驱动机构,有利于简化模具结构和降低模具制造成本。设计了难加工零件中央型芯的数控加工工艺过程。本模具可为同类塑件注射生产提供有益借鉴。 A mold with one mold and two cavities and two plates is designed for injection molding of drip irrigation tip pipe,and the design features of the mold are as follows:First,according to the characteristics of thin-wall casting of plastic parts,PC material with good fluidity and adding flow improver is used for molding.At the same time,a cold well is added at the end to ensure the sufficiency of cavity filling.Secondly,five demoulding mechanisms are designed to demould.The five mechanisms are:Inclined core pulling mechanism for sliding and locking block of inclined hole fixed die,inclined pushing mechanism for inverted buckle hole fixed die push plate,core pulling mechanism for thin wall fixed die cylinder,core pulling mechanism for connecting rod type elbow,and a complete demoulding mechanism of the ejector pin for cold material well.Among them,the structure of the core pulling mechanism for connecting rod type elbow is through the opening of the fixed mold and the moving mold,and the core pulling of the elbow is driven by the connecting rod.It can avoid the design of complex drive mechanism of core pulling,simplify the mold structure and reduce the cost of mold manufacturing.The NC machining process of the central core of the difficult to machine parts is designed.The mold can provide a useful reference for injection production of similar plastic parts.
