神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗囊性听神经瘤患者的效果

Effects of neuroendoscope-assisted microsurgery in treatment of patients with cystic acoustic neuroma

目的:观察神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗囊性听神经瘤患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年3月至2020年12月该院收治的76例囊性听神经瘤患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组各38例。对照组予以常规显微手术治疗,研究组予以神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗,比较两组肿瘤切除率、治疗前后House-Brackmann面神经功能(HB)分级和并发症发生率。结果:研究组肿瘤切除率和术后6个月HB分级均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为5.26%(2/38),低于对照组的23.68%(9/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗囊性听神经瘤患者可提高肿瘤切除率,保护面神经功能,并降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To observe effects of neuroendoscope-assisted microsurgery in treatment of patients with cystic acoustic neuroma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 76 patients with cystic acoustic neuroma admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to December 2020 was performed. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and study group, each with 38 cases. The control group was treated with conventional microsurgery, while the study group was treated with neuroendoscope-assisted microsurgery. The tumor resection scope, the facial nerve function classification before and after the treatment, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The tumor resection scope and HB classification 6 months after the surgery in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the complication rate in the study group was 5.26%(2/38), which was lower than 23.68%(9/38) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Neuroendoscopeassisted microsurgery in the treatment of the patients with cystic acoustic neuroma can increase the tumor resection scope, promote the recovery of facial nerve function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
