大黄是一种大宗药材,具有泻下攻积、清热解毒、止血、利湿退黄等作用,其不同的药理作用与不同的药效成分有关。该文分析大黄药效成分与药理活性的关系,以期为临床用药提供依据。

Rhubarb is a widely used medicinal material. Its functions include purgation, clearing heat and removing toxicity, hemostasis, eliminating damp and removing jaundice and so on. Different pharmacological effects are related to different active ingredients. This article analyzed the relationship among the active ingredients of Rhubarb and its pharmacological activities in order to provide a basis for clinical medication.
