微创拔牙术与锤凿劈冠法治疗下颌低位阻生智齿患者的效果比较

Comparison of effects of minimally invasive dental extraction and hammer chisel crown method in treatment of patients with lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth

目的:比较微创拔牙术与锤凿劈冠法治疗下颌低位阻生智齿患者的效果。方法:选取94例下颌低位阻生智齿患者作为研究对象,采用单双数法将其分为观察组和对照组各47例。观察组采用微创拔牙术治疗,对照组采用传统锤凿劈冠法拔牙术治疗,比较两组疾病相关指标水平、疼痛评分和并发症发生率。结果:观察组拔牙时间和愈合时间均短于对照组,肿胀程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h视觉模拟评分法评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创拔牙术治疗下颌低位阻生智齿患者可缩短拔牙时间和愈合时间,以及降低肿胀程度、疼痛评分和并发症发生率,其效果优于传统锤凿劈冠法拔牙术治疗。

Objective: To compare effects of minimally invasive dental extraction and hammer chisel crown method in treatment of patients with lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods: 94 patients with lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by odd and even number method, 47 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive dental extraction, while the control group was treated with traditional hammer chisel crown method. The levels of disease-related indicators, the pain score and the complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The extraction time and healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the degree of swelling was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The visual analogue scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h after the surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Minimally invasive dental extraction in the treatment of lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth can shorten the tooth extraction time and the healing time, and reduce the swelling degree, the pain score and the complication rate. Moreover, it is superior to traditional hammer chisel crown method.
