急性胰腺炎患者负性情绪现状及其影响因素的混合系统评价

Negative Emotion in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis and Its Risk Factors:A Mixed Methods Systematic Review

目的系统性评价急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)患者负性情绪的现状及其影响因素。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国知网、万方和维普数据库中有关AP患者负性情绪及影响因素的研究,对纳入的文献采用混合系统评价进行整合分析。结果共纳入2篇质性研究和9篇量性研究,AP患者的负性情绪包括抑郁、焦虑、悲伤、恐惧、羞愧、痛苦、沮丧、失望、内疚,其中焦虑、抑郁的发生率分别是33.4%和36.8%。影响因素包括个人、社会、心理及疾病等。结论AP患者的负性情绪复杂、发生率高,与多种因素相关。医护人员应重视AP患者的负性情绪,对可变因素尽早采取干预措施。

Objective To systematically evaluate the negative emotional experience of patients with acute pancreatitis(AP)and its risk factors.Methods The databases of PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched for the studies related to the negative emotion of patients with AP and its risk factors.The results were integrated by mixed methods systematic review.Results A total of 2 qualitative studies and 9 quantitative studies were included.The negative emotional experience of patients with AP included depression,anxiety,sadness,fear,shame,pain,depression,disappointment and guilt.The prevalence of anxiety and depression were 33.4%and 36.8%,respectively.Risk factors included personal,social,psychological and disease factors.Conclusions The negative emotions of patients with AP are complex and the prevalence rate is high,which is related to many factors.It is highlighting that medical staff should pay more attention to the negative emotions and take intervention measures as soon as possible.
