助产士围产期哀伤辅导能力现状及其影响因素

Status of Perinatal Bereavement Care Competence among Midwives and Its Influencing Factors

目的了解国内助产士围产期哀伤辅导能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法2020年9-11月,采用方便抽样的方法选取116所医院的425名助产士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、围产期哀伤辅导能力量表、围产期哀伤辅导组织支持及培训需求问卷对其进行调查。结果助产士围产期哀伤辅导能力得分的中位数(四分位间距)为88.00(13.00)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,是否同情围产期丧失家庭、产科工作年限、参加围产期哀伤辅导讲座次数以及组织支持为助产士围产期哀伤辅导能力的影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的28.3%。结论助产士围产期哀伤辅导能力处于中等偏上水平,医院和科室需要重视助产士围产期哀伤辅导服务的开展,加强围产期哀伤辅导培训,培养助产士专业共情能力并提供足够支持,以提高助产士围产期哀伤辅导能力。

Objective To investigate the status of perinatal bereavement care competence among midwives and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally 425 midwives from 116 hospitals were chosen by convenience sampling method from September 2020 to November 2020 for a cross-sectional survey.A general information questionnaire,Perinatal Bereavement Care Competence Scale,Organization Support Questionnaire and the Training Needs Questionnaire were used for investigation.Results The median(quartile range)of perinatal bereavement care competence scores among midwives was 88.00(13.00).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether sympathy for the loss of family,obstetric working years,the number of lectures and organizational support were the influencing factors of perinatal bereavement care competence among midwives(all P<0.05),which could explain 28.3%of the total variation.Conclusions The score of perinatal bereavement care competence among midwives is at upper middle level.Hospitals and relevant departments are suggested to develop perinatal bereavement care,enhance midwives’professional empathy ability,provide enough training and support for midwives,in order to improve the perinatal bereavement care competence of midwives.
