基于《黄帝内经》养生思想探讨《保生要录》饮食养生观 被引量:4

摘要 蒲虔贯为宋代著名养生学家,著有养生专著《保生要录》专论日常摄生之术,其内容涵盖调神、气功、衣物、饮食、起居、药食等诸多方面,其中饮食养生颇具特色。而《黄帝内经》作为现存最早的中医学典籍,其价值无可比拟。本文基于《黄帝内经》中的相关养生思想,对该书从饮食的重要性、食物的分类与功效、饮食的节与度、饮食的寒热、食物的进食次序、饮食的五味和调以及四时五味养藏法等方面进行了具体论述,其养生方法简便易行,养生观点有理可依,内容详实且对今人不无借鉴。 Pu Qian-guan,a well-known health scientist in the Song Dynasty,wrote a book on health preservation,Bao Sheng Yao Lu.Specially discusses the techniques of daily health maintenance,which covers many aspects such as tune-up,Qigong,clothing,diet,daily life,medicine and food,among which diet health is quite unique.The Inner Canon of Huangdi is the earliest surviving classics of traditional Chinese medicine,and its value is unparalleled.This article is based on the relevant health thoughts in The Inner Canon of Huangdi.From the importance of diet,the classification and efficacy of food,the section and degree of diet;The five-flavored Tibetan cultivation method and other aspects are specifically discussed.Its health maintenance methods are simple and easy to implement,and its health maintenance views are reasonable and reasonable,and the content is detailed,which is not without reference for today’s people.
