中医导引在痹病治疗中的应用探析

Application of TCM Guidance in The Treatment of Arthralgia

痹病是由外邪侵袭、内正不足共同导致的肢体、关节、肌肉及其周围组织痹阻不通的一类病证。中医治疗痹病的传统疗法种类丰富,中医导引法作为非药物疗法中尤为有效的一种传统运动方法,结合形体运动、呼吸吐纳和精神调节等方式,造福了诸多痹病的患者。中医导引治疗痹病的理论与疗效依据在古籍中早有相关记载,近现代学者们更是在前人的理论与实践基础上加以传承、完善与发扬,如将中医导引与针灸、中药、推拿等其他疗法配合应用,或是在继承的基础上加以延伸。本文结合古籍记载以及近现代相关文献探析中医导引在痹病治疗中的应用,思考中医导引治疗痹病的优势与未来如何因人制宜、因病制宜,寻找适合痹病患者的最优导引方式,为临床中医导引治疗痹病探索可能的突破。

Arthralgia is a kind of disease syndrome caused by the invasion of exogenous pathogens and the deficiency of internal vital qi that manifests as the limbs,joints,muscles and their surrounding tissues are obstructed.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of arthralgia has a variety of traditional therapies.As a particularly effective traditional exercise method in non-drug therapy,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)guidance benefits many patients with arthralgia,which combines body movement,breathing and breathing,mental regulation,and other ways.The theory and therapeutic basis of TCM guidance in the treatment of arthralgia have long been recorded in ancient books,modern and contemporary scholars have inherited,improved and carried forward the theory and practice of predecessors,such as combining TCM guidance with acupuncture,Chinese medicine,massage and other therapies,or extending it on the basis of inheritance.This paper analyzes the application of TCM guidance in the treatment of arthralgia by combining the records of ancient books and relevant literature of modern times,and considers the advantages of TCM guidance in the treatment of arthralgia and how to adjust measures according to individual conditions and diseases in the future,so as to find the optimal guiding mode suitable for patients with arthralgia,so as to explore a possible breakthrough for the clinical guidance of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of arthralgia.
