地下污泥干化车间冷风降温系统设计

摘要 针对地下污水处理厂污泥干化车间热负荷较大的实际情况,结合除臭系统提出了离子新风通过再生水水冷直膨式空调机组冷风降温的设计。详细介绍了负荷计算,风量计算,风系统气流组织以及水系统组成等设计情况,并说明了此类设计当中的重点与难点。 Aiming at the actual situation of large heat load in the sludge drying plant of underground sewage treatment plant,combined with the deodorization system,the design of cooling air by ion fresh air through the recycled water water-cooled direct expansion air-conditioning unit was proposed.The design situation of load calculation,air volume calculation,wind system airflow organization and water system composition are introduced in detail,and the important and difficult points in such design are explained.
