摘要
本文以煤矿生产巷道内除尘器为研究对象,利用计算流体力学方法进行模拟,设计正交实验分析模拟结果,研究滤料排列方式,进口位置及抽吸压力对气流组织均匀性的影响。发现影响因素由大至小分别为进口位置、负压大小、滤料排列。在进口位置偏下、负压为-20000 Pa、滤料呈5-12-8型排列时气流组织均匀性最好。对该方案模拟验证,通过云图分析和后处理证明了正交实验的可行性。
The coal mine production roadway is taken as the research object.The method of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)was used for modeling.Orthogonal experiment was designed to analyze the simulation results,and the influence of filter arrangement,inlet position and suction pressure on the uniformity of air distribution is studied.It was found that the influencing factors were inlet position,negative pressure and filter material arrangement from large to small,and the airflow distribution uniformity was the best when the inlet position was lower,the negative pressure was-20000 pa and the filter material was 5-12-8.The feasibility of the orthogonal experiment is proved by cloud image analysis and post-processing.
