摘要
混凝土结构自诞生以来,一直受到耐久性不足等问题的困扰.随着建筑行业的发展,开发性能优异、可持续发展的新型混凝土材料成为了热点.基于玄武岩筋高强、耐腐蚀和钢纤维混凝土延性好、耐久性优异等特点,提出了玄武岩筋回收轮胎钢纤维混凝土柱全新体系,运用分形理论分析偏心受压短柱裂缝开展情况.结果表明,试验柱表面裂缝具有自相似性,分形维数随着纤维掺量的增大而减小;试验柱荷载分形维数曲线斜率随纤维掺量增大而减小,表明回收轮胎钢纤维可以有效阻碍试件裂缝开展;拟合得出试验柱荷载与分形维数计算式,为玄武岩筋回收轮胎钢纤维受压短柱在实际工程应用提供参考。
Since the cocrete structure was born,it has been plagued by the lack of durability and other problems.With the development of construction industry,the development of new and sustainable cocrete materials with excellent performace has become a hot spot.Based on the characteristics of high strength,corrosion resistace of BFRP,ductility and durability of steel fiber reinforced cocrete,a new system of recycled tyre steel fiber reinforced cocrete columns with BFRP bars reinforcement is proposed.The development of cracks in short columns under eccentric compression is analyzed by fractal theory.The results show that the cracks on the surface of the test column have self similarity,and the fractal dimension decreases with the icrease of the fiber content.The slope of the fractal dimension curve of the test column load decreases with the icrease of the fiber content,which indicates that the recycled tire steel fiber can effectively prevent the crack development of the test columns.The formula of the load and fractal dimension of the test column is fitted,which is the formula of the basalt reinforced recycled tire steel fiber compressed short column practical engineering application provides referece.
