摘要
磷酸镁水泥(MPC)属于特种胶凝材料(也被称为化学结合陶瓷),具有凝结速度快、早期强度高、体积收缩率低、耐磨性好、可在低温条件下施工等优点,在路面裂缝修补、固废重金属、生物材料领域等方面有着广泛的应用价值.但和普通硅酸盐水泥相比,也存在着其原料成本相对较高、水中稳定性相对较低等不足.而在MPC中无论单掺还是双掺矿物掺合料,都能不同程度地改善MPC的性能,这是各种矿物掺合料在MPC中物理效应与化学效应综合作用的结果,因此在实际运用中比较普遍.讨论了常用矿物掺合料对MPC的工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行分析。
Magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)belongs to the special cementing materials(also known as the chemical combination of ceramic),it has rapid setting,high early strength,low volume shrinkage rate,excellent abrasion resistance,hardening under the condition of low temperature construction etc,which is utilized in the fields of heavy metals stablization,road repair,solid waste recycling,biological materials etc.However,compared with ordinary Portland cement,it has the disadvantages of higher raw material cost.The performance and cost of MPC had be proved by using mineral admixtures.The effects of mineral admixtures in MPC are discussed,and its mechanism is also analyzed.
