工业化建筑标准化部品与构件分类及编码技术研究

Study on classification and coding technology of standardized parts and components in industrialized building

针对我国工业化建筑标准化部品和构件尺寸模数不统一、标准化程度低,产品制造与工程应用技术要求不同等不足,参照目前国内研究成果及相关标准,基于工业化建筑标准化部品和构件的特点、应用现状、空间位置及功能,对部品和构件进行分类,给出部品和构件的编码方法和成果,为标准化部品和构件库的建立,为产品制造及工程选用提供依据。

In view of the problems such as non-uniform modulus,low standardization degree of standardized parts and components,different technical requirements of product manufacturing and engineering application in China′s industrialized buildings,and with reference to the current domestic research results and relevant standards,based on the characteristics,application status,spatial position and functions of standardized parts and components in industrialized buildings,the parts and components are classified,and the coding methods and achievements of parts and components are given,provide basis for product manufacturing and engineering selection.
