摘要
传统招投标模式存在操作干预性强、标底编制审核不严谨和评标定标方法不够科学等问题,电子招投标平台利用电子信息技术能够很好地解决这些问题,但以往的电子招投标平台大多为中心化系统,存在数据共享率低等问题。区块链作为一种新兴的分步式信息共享系统,具有去中心化、可追溯性、不可篡改、开放共识等特点,能够解决电子招投标模式中存在的一些问题。基于此,笔者重点分析了区块链在工程招投标中的应用方案,希望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。
The traditional bidding mode has some problems,such as strong operation intervention,not strict preparation and examination of bid bottom,and not scientific method of bid evaluation and calibration.The electronic bidding platform can solve these problems well by using electronic information technology,but most of the previous electronic bidding platforms are centralized systems.As a new step-by-step information sharing system,block chain can solve some problems in electronic bidding mode,such as decentralization,traceability,non-tampering and open consensus.Based on this,the author focused on analyzing the application of blockchain in project bidding,hoping to provide a reference for related research.
